Josiah Howell

Josiah Howell has been a technician for CMS, Inc. since August of 2016 as a part-time employee while attending college. He has experience in sampling and testing in the geotechnical and concrete fields, performing soil density testing using a nuclear density gauge, visual classification of soil, and Proctor density tests in the laboratory, along with being part of the team preparing Reclamation Mix Designs for multiple roads.

Mr. Howell has performed a wide range of concrete tests in the field and prepared many test cylinders in the lab. He has tested both normal weight and lightweight concrete in the field and laboratory.
