Herman Ryan

Herman Ryan is our longest-serving employee, having begun his career with CMS in 1998. He supervises the CMS asphalt lab and the asphalt lab technicians. His work consists of fabricating mix designs for contractors (Superpave and Marshall) and continues to test new mix designs for the State of Georgia and private contractors. The lab performs field testing of compactions, concrete tests, and footing inspections as needed.

Prior to CMS, he spent 5 years working for GDOT in their Mix Design Lab and as a Field-Testing Technician.
