Construction Materials Services (CMS) has been a trusted name in the industry since 1998. Founded by Andrew Johnson, we are a full-service materials laboratory with a highly skilled team of 15 employees and technicians. Our team is dedicated to meeting your testing needs both in the laboratory and the field.
CMS is proud to hold certifications from the AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory (AMRL) in soils, asphalt, and aggregate. Additionally, our laboratory is certified by the Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina Departments of Transportation for asphalt mix design.
We specialize in Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering as well as construction testing and inspection. From soil investigations to stormwater management, we’re here to provide expert solutions that meet and exceed your expectations.
With two in-house drill crews and a versatile fleet that includes truck-mounted rotary drills and all-terrain equipment, we serve clients efficiently across varied terrains.
